Do you have a Krafty Kiddo at home who has taken an interest in sewing?
This 4 week class is for anyone between the ages of 8 to 12 who would like to learn to sew.

Students of all abilities are welcome!
Whether they've sewn before or never used a sewing machine this is the class to get your child creating!
All sorts of projects are encouraged*, let your imagination and creativity run free! If your child has never sewn before we have some beginner project ideas to choose from to get them going and comfortable with a sewing machine, after that it's up to your child as to what they'd like to create next with the help and guidance from our teacher.
With tons of fun to be had, and new friends to make in the class, we hope to see you soon!
*if your child has a large project in mind, you may want to check with the teacher to see if it is attainable in the class time frame, within the teacher's knowledge, and the child's abilities. If you need help picking out fabric for any project, feel free to reach out to your questions as well.
Skill Requirements: There are no prerequisites for this class; no sewing experience is necessary.
What is Provided: - Patterns: Heather has some patterns in her collection, however, not may all be to your taste and/or size. As well as her collection is currently only of a moderate size. You are more than welcome to look through what she has to use during class.
Equipment: sewing machines, scissors, and thread. - Materials for small projects will be provided (scrunchies, small tote bags, headbands, etc) but for bigger projects such as simple clothing projects, you will need to supply your own fabrics.
What You Provide: - Fabric: We can only provide fabric for small beginner projects such as scrunchies, small tote bags, headbands, etc. Anything larger, or anything clothing related will need to be provided.
Patterns: if you have a specific project in mind, or Heather does not have a pattern for your specific project you may have to supply one. - Snacks & Refreshments are welcome! Being creative takes a lot of energy!
Sewing machine (optional): If you have your own sewing machine, it is recommended to bring it so you can learn your specific machine. Don't forget to pack the manual, foot pedal & power cord.
Students receive a 15% discount towards any materials required for the class.
Group size: Maximum 6 students
Full Payment of class fees due at time of registration to guarantee a place in the class. In person registration is also available.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations can be canceled up to 48 hours after booking a class for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 48 hours are eligible for a store credit or transfer. Cancellations made within 1 week of the class do not qualify for credit or transfer.
NO EXCEPTIONS! We understand that life happens, people get sick, plans change, however due to time and resources that go into preparing for each class, and in order for us to maintain a viable business, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancelation policy.
Minimum number of students is usually four, maximums vary by class. Good Decade reserves the right to cancel 48 hours prior to any class if participation level is below minimum. We will issue a full refund for any class we cancel.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Our shop does not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you order sizes accordingly. Any questions about sizing, can be directed to us at wildlittles@gmail.com.
We do accept order cancellations up to 30 minutes after the order is placed. Once the 30 minutes has past, your order is processed and cannot be cancelled. Most of our products are handmade, as such, fabrics are uniquely printed for each customer, and the process begins right after an order is placed.
We feel this policy is important because it helps prevent shipping errors/delay times and inventory accuracy. Thank you for understanding. In validated rare situations, if an order is cancelled past the 30 minute timeframe or returned, YOU will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Tracked and insured shipping is highly recommended, as lost packages are not the responsibility of Wild Littles. Returns must be within 3 days of purchase and item must be in new condition, unwashed, with original tag attached, free of odour and stains. Once return is inspected, SHOP CREDIT will be issued for item purchase price less shipping.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We offer complimentary repairs to workmanship defects. Please email us if you have any concerns at all at wildlittles@gmail.com. Customer service is our top priority and will absolutely make it right!
Should an order arrive damaged: please send us a photograph of the packaging and the contents within three (3) days of receiving. If the three day window has been reached, we are not responsible. Each order will be addressed individually. We do our best with quality control, however we are humans and sometimes an item will get sent out that should not have cleared quality control. We will fix this for you! Once you receive your package, please inspect it right away after opening.
Because each item is hand cut and sewn by real people, tiny threads will occasionally appear loose. This is not defective, they only need to be trimmed.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, including the outside packaging, it is not our responsibility. We advise that you contact or file a claim with Canada Post, USPS/Fed Ex/UPS. If your items arrive damaged with no obvious packaging issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will need to provide a photo of the item and the original packaging in order to be considered for a return.

wash cold, tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. with laundering, our quilts gain texture and comfiness. do not iron minky items.
crib sheets
wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low. cotton items can be ironed on low. to prevent possible suffocation or entanglement, never use crib sheet unless it fits securely on crib mattress.
holiday pajamas
wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low or hang to dry. pajamas should fit snug.
swaddle blankets
machine wash cool water using mild, phosphate free detergent to minimize fading. item is not preshrunk. air dry to minimize shrinking.
