Stitch Points Rewards Program

How do I access my Stitch Points?

To view your Stitch Points and rewards, simply log in to your customer account on our website. Click the account icon in the top right corner to sign in.

Once logged in, you’ll see the Stash Points rewards panel where you can check your balance and available rewards.

How do I earn Stitch Points?

You’ll earn 2 Stitch Points for every $1 spent both in-store and online.

Points are automatically added to your account with each purchase.

You may also find occasional bonus ways to earn points in the rewards panel such as following Good Decade on Instagram or signing up for the loyalty program.

How do I sign up?

Joining the Stitch Points program is easy.

Simply create a customer account online or in-store and you’ll automatically begin earning points.

If you already have an account with us, your purchases will automatically count toward your Stitch Points as long as you use the same email address linked to your account.

How do I redeem my Stitch Points?

Stitch Points can be redeemed both in-store and online, and they never expire.

When rewards are available, you can redeem them through the rewards panel on our website. Select the reward you want and apply the coupon at checkout.

If you’re shopping in-store, our team can also help you apply your rewards.

How do I check my points balance?

Your points balance is always visible in the Stitch Points rewards panel when you are logged into your account.

Important things to know

• Once Stitch Points are redeemed on a purchase, they cannot be returned to your account.

• Stitch Points cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value.

• Only one reward or discount code may be used per transaction.

• Stitch Points cannot be redeemed on gift cards.
