Hinterland Dress - Sew Liberated
The Hinterland Dress offers a timeless, comfortable, and elegant silhouette. Featuring three sleeve lengths, sleeveless, cap or 3/4 length, plus a placket-free option, with customizable length, and inseam pockets. The fit of the Hinterland Dress is loose, with side bust darts and a gathered skirt with optional waist ties, and is easily modified for maternity and nursing. Don’t feel like buttons? Cut the front bodice on the fold for a placket-free look. You might consider lengthening the bodice and hacking it into an adorable cropped top, too!
Skill Level - This pattern is suitable for advanced beginners. You will learn how to sew bust darts, bias facings, inseam pockets, button plackets, and inset sleeves.
Fabric
The Hinterland Dress is designed for woven fabrics. Look for mid-weight linen, silk noil, cotton ikat, and light- to mid-weight chambray or denim. Note that if you want to extend the skirt length beyond the provided midi length, you will need to purchase extra fabric. Additional fabric is also required if you have a directional fabric or will be pattern matching.

Returns & exchanges
Good Decade does not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is in new, unwashed condition with its original tag attached, free of odour and stains.
To initiate an exchange, email us at gooddecadehomegoods@gmail.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend tracked and insured shipping — lost return packages are not our responsibility.
Final sale items (sale items, custom orders) are not eligible for exchange. No exceptions.

Cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that window, your order is already in processing and cannot be cancelled. Most of our products begin production immediately after an order is placed.
Damaged items
We stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged or has a workmanship defect, please email gooddecadehomegoods@gmail.com with a photo of the packaging and contents within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Note: because items are hand-cut and sewn, occasional loose threads are normal and not a defect , they simply need to be trimmed.

We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If your address needs to be updated, your order must be cancelled and re-placed, there are no exceptions. Good Decade is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will not reship without an additional shipping payment.

crib sheets
wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low. cotton items can be ironed on low. to prevent possible suffocation or entanglement, never use crib sheet unless it fits securely on crib mattress.
holiday pajamas
wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low or hang to dry. pajamas should fit snug.
swaddle blankets
machine wash cool water using mild, phosphate free detergent to minimize fading. item is not preshrunk. air dry to minimize shrinking.
